Vehicle Eligibility

Vehicles must have been registered and in good runing condition:

1) Vehicle must start using keyed ignition system without any assistance or jump

2) Vehicle must be driven to the collection site and show it could go forward and in reverse for 25 feet under its own power

3) Vehicle drive-ability is not affected by any body, steering, or suspension damage

4) Vehicle must comply with smog check requirements

5) Vehicle must have no visible leaks
